Introduction
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by National Merchandise.
The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
The competition will start on 01/02/2024 at 15:00 GMT and close on 15/02/2024 at 23.59 GMT. Entries received after the competition closure time will not be valid.
Eligibility to Enter
The Instagram DL20 Neon Competition is open to UK residents who are at least 18 years of age or older. National Merchandise employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
The competition is completely free to enter and is limited to one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same Instagram account, the first entry only will be accepted.
To enter the DL 20 Neon Competition the entrant must follow @national_merch on Instagram, like the competition post and tag at least one user in the competition post comments before the closing date and time of the competition.
The Prize
The winning prize will be DL20 Neon Light (including power cable) which was used for display purposes in the Download Megastore.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
National Merchandise's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via Instagram Direct Message on 19th of February 2024.
National Merchandise will make two attempts to contact the winner via Instagram Direct Message.
If the winner does not respond to the Direct Messages informing them of their win within 14 days of the second Direct Message, they forfeit their right to the prize, and National Merchandise reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 28 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
National Merchandise accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post. National Merchandise will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen prizes or components of the prize.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by National Merchandise for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing shopenquiries@nationalmerchandise.co.uk.
If requested by National Merchandise, the winner agrees to release their first name and Instagram username to other competition participants.
The winner's first name and Instagram username will be announced on National Merchandise's social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
National Merchandise accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
National Merchandise reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
