Click & Collect is now available at Download Festival 2023!

You can order now and collect from the dedicated Click and Collect merch stand in the Download Main Arena. Please note, this is for ticket holders attending the festival only.

Click & Collect Stand opens on Thursday 8th June.

All available products online qualify for Click and Collect. All you need to do is:

• Add as many products as you want to your basket
• Before you checkout you will be asked to confirm that you accept the Click and Collect Terms and Conditions
• You must select the Click & Collect service at checkout
• Enter your details, choose a payment option and pay
• That's it! Simply head over to the Click & Collect stand to collect your order, which is usually ready within an hour. Remember, you'll need your order number to collect your merch!
